A nursing home in the Woodbridge area are currently has a vacancy for an RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Clinical Lead Nurse to join and lead their clinical team on a full-time basis.

Details of the vacancy and what the home is offering:

• Full time hours on a permanent contract, working day shifts
• 12 hour shifts 8 to 8, you may be asked to do on call
• A competitive pay rate of £25.00 per hour
• Competitive induction and training programme
• Uniform provided and full DBS disclosure paid for
• Annual NMC Pin renewal paid
• Paid breaks and enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays

As Clinical Lead, you will manage, monitor and oversee both clinical and personal care throughout the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs.

What we are looking for:

• NMC registered RGN, RMN or RNLD with relevant post-registration experience
• Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team
• Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader
• Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards
