Clinical Lead

Position: Clinical Lead / Unit Manager

Location: Near Garforth, Leeds

Pay Rate: Up to £50K per Annum - Dependent on Experience

Hours: 42.75 hours / week

We're recruiting for a dedicated Clinical Lead to work in a small Elderly & Dementia Care Home, set in a tranquil & picturesque environment.

Skills / Qualifications:

• NMC-registered nurse with valid PIN and team coordination and leadership qualities
• Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• Recent and significant experience in a similar care setting, including an awareness of conditions affecting older people, including dementia, physical, and sensory disabilities
• Proven ability to manage and lead an effective team
• Understanding of key legislation, including the The Health and Social Care Act 2008, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, and Adult Safeguarding
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to supervise teams effectively and crisis-handling abilities
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing training
