Deputy Care Home Manager
Location: Eye, Suffolk
Salary: £35,000 per Annum
Full Time - Days
Are you a compassionate leader who's passionate about delivering exceptional care?
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager to ensure the home runs smoothly every day. You'll inspire and guide a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care that truly makes a difference in the lives of their residents.
Reports to: Home Manager
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager / Team Leader or in a senior care leadership role
- A strong understanding of CQC standards and the drive to help achieve an 'Outstanding' rating
- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and external professionals
- A natural leader and mentor who loves bringing out the best in others
- A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for person-centred care
- Positivity, enthusiasm, and the confidence to help our service grow and evolve
