Deputy Nursing Home Manager
Location: Downham Market

Salary: £55,000 per Annum

PSR Solutions are proud to be partnering with an award-winning and reputable care provider in the search for an exceptional Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents received high quality care.

You'll lead and support care staff, and step in for the Home Manager when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding care staff, leading by example
• Helping with new resident assessments and ensuring care plans and records are kept up to date
• Working closely with families and external professionals to maintain strong communication and relationships
• Driving the highest CQC standards and safeguarding best practices

Skills & Qualifications:

• NMC Registered Nurse - RGN / RMN / RNLD - essential
• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or similar senior role in a care home setting
• Sound knowledge of CQC standards, best clinical practices, safeguarding
• Confident leadership and mentoring abilities
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
