JOB TITLE: REGISTERED MANAGER
LOCATION: GLOUCESTERSHIRE
SALARY: c£35K PER ANNUM + EXCELLENT COMPANY BENEFITS

PSR Solutions Healthcare are proud to be collaborating with an established Care Provider with an excellent reputation in their pursuit of an experienced Residential Care Home Manager for a small sized Residential Care Home in the Gloucestershire area.
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for overseeing, delivering and sustaining a specific residential service for adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues or personality disorder.
Applicants for this Learning Disability Service Manager position will demonstrate the following experience, qualifications, skills and qualities:
- Have completed a recognised qualification in Management and be willing to undertake any appropriate training that is relevant to the role
- A strong leader with the strength of character and vision to implement lasting change and improvements
- Successful management experience and general awareness of regulatory requirements as required under the CQC
