As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take a strategic leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and holistic care are consistently delivered. You will champion innovation, promote independence for residents, and cultivate a warm, caring environment aligned with the organisation's mission and values.

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Health, Social Care, Social Work, Nursing (RGN/RMN), or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' management experience in supported living, domiciliary care or care home setting
• Strong clinical leadership and confident regulatory knowledge (Care Inspectorate or equivalent)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with care planning, auditing, HRIS, and medication management systems
• Outstanding communication, planning and organisational skills
• A collaborative, ethical, and innovative leader committed to raising sector standards
