Salary: £60,000 per Annum + Excellent PRP Bonus + Car Allowance

PSR Solutions are working in partnership with an award winning and well-respected care provider to recruit a dedicated and experienced Peripatetic Support Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for delivering high standards of care across a group of high-quality care homes.

Role:

The Support Manager will oversee or assist in the day-to-day running of various care homes within the organisation's portfolio. This is a mobile role, supporting multiple sites to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability, particularly with a focus on occupancy.

You will provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to home managers and their teams, helping to foster a positive, inclusive, and person-centred care culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic support across multiple care homes, stepping in where needed to stabilise or enhance performance
• Support with recruitment, induction, and training of home managers and key staff
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including occupancy and budget adherence
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies
• Uphold high standards of care and quality, responding to concerns and feedback proactively

Skills & Attributes:

• Ideally NMC-registered, though this is not essential
• Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and CQC regulations
• Demonstrable experience in managing budgets and improving occupancy
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, travel regularly, and adapt to changing environments
• A proactive approach to mentoring and developing others
