JOB TITLE: REGISTERED MANAGER
LOCATION: WALLSALL, WEST MIDLANDS
SALARY: c£35K PER ANNUM + EXCELLENT COMPANY BENEFITS
HOURS: FULL TIME
PSR Solutions Healthcare are proud to be collaborating with an established & responsible Care Provider with an excellent reputation in their pursuit of an experienced Residential Care Home Manager for a medium sized Residential Care Home in Walsall.
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for overseeing, delivering and sustaining a specific residential service for adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues or personality disorder as well overseeing a couple of supported living apartments.
Applicants for this Learning Disability Service Manager position will demonstrate the following experience, qualifications, skills and qualities:
- Have completed a recognised qualification in Management and be willing to undertake any appropriate training that is relevant to the role
- A strong leader with the strength of character and vision to implement lasting change and improvements
- Successful management experience and general awareness of regulatory requirements as required under the CQC
