Home Manager
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Salary: £50K - £55K per Annum (DOE) + Excellent Bonus Structure

Reports to: Operations Manager
We're proud to be partnering with a prestigious Care Provider in their search for an experienced and committed Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of their specialist services in Great Yarmouth, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Skills & Qualities:
- A natural leader
- Caring and honest
- Inspirational and a strong team player
- Highly organised
- Willing to learn and adapt
Experience:
- RNLD or RMN with an active NMC pin - desirable (not essential)
- Knowledge of care regulations (CQC, Health and Social Care Act, KLOEs etc.)
- Passionate about high-quality, person-centred care
- Confident using IT systems
- Full UK driving licence required
