PSR Solutions are on the lookout for a dedicated, hard-working, and caring Staff Nurse to join a closely knit team at a medium-sized nursing home near the town of Burton on Trent.

As a Staff Nurse, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the well-being of the service users, catering to their physical, emotional, and social needs. You'll lead, motivate, and mentor a team of experienced carers, providing clinical guidance to ensure the care home runs like clockwork. Your role will include carrying out assessments, developing and evaluating individual care plans, and making sure work areas are safe, while adhering to all relevant standards, policies, and legislation. You'll oversee the care team, ensure medications are handled with the utmost precision, and keep a keen eye on well-being of service users, making referrals to external support as needed.

Your expertise in dementia care, superb clinical skills, and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct will be invaluable. The skills, experience and qualifications required for this Staff Nurse post:

• NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN
• Demonstrate some post-registration experience.
• Ideally experience working in an elderly and dementia care setting
• Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
