A well-respected and CQC compliant nursing home in Swadlincote that provides care packages for young adults with physical disabilities is looking to recruit RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurses to join their nursing team on days or nights

As Staff Nurse, you will coordinate and implement care plans, manage and administer medications and ensure that a high quality clinical and personal care service is maintained, working in collaboration with the HCAs on duty.

The skills, experience and qualifications required for this Staff Nurse post:

• NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN
• Have thorough and up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5)
• Be able to demonstrate effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures
• Ideally experience working with young adults with physical disabilities
• Able to work flexibly within rostered hours and on-call rota as required
• Capable of working as Nurse in Charge of the home as a whole
• Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
