An experienced Residential Deputy Manager is required to lead and develop a leading medium sized nursing home on the outskirts of Dumfries.
Details of this Residential Deputy Manager position and what our client is offering the successful candidate:

A permanent, full-time contract working 41 hours per week

Supernumerary hours included
- A fantastic hourly salary of £15.50, which is the equivalent to £33,000 per annum

As Deputy Manager you will provide specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
What the home is looking for in a Residential Deputy Manager:
- Must have supervisory experience and hold or working towards level 4 health and social care
- A strong leader, who can motivate, lead, and support clinical and non-clinical staff
- Financially aware, and able to manage budgets
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK nursing home setting
