A beautiful, luxury care home on the outskirts of Cromer is seeking an experienced and passionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their dedicated clinical team. The Role:

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing care and ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity, respect, and compassion. Working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering personalised care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical support and leadership within your shift
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate care records
• Supporting residents' independence and wellbeing
• Promoting best practice in care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

What We're Looking For:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN
• Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, proactive approach to providing outstanding care
