Support Worker - Care Home Setting
Location: Multiple locations across Norfolk
Salary: £12.60 - £15.00 per Hour, Depending on experience
Hours: Full Time & Part Time Hours Available

PSR Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a number of Support Workers & Care Assistants in Norfolk, to join a supportive and caring team with an award-winning, national care provider. These are rewarding roles where your caring nature will directly contribute to residents' health, well-being, and overall experience. They have several opportunities available - full time or part time.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll work as part of a caring and committed team to:

• Support residents with their personal care needs, always respecting dignity and promoting independence
• Ensure care services meet the highest standards
• Help with general daily activities around the home, contributing to a warm, friendly environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents
• Follow guidance from Nurses and Senior Support Workers to deliver person-centred care
