I am working with a large main contractor, undertaking a large commercial project in CHESHIRE.
My client is preparing for the commencement of a major programme of construction works, initially with a series of enabling works ahead of the main programme of works.
If you have experience of working within a team on a large multi-million-pound project, this role could offer you a variety of interesting, complex and technically challenging work. The project will be undertaken under an NEC form of contract.
Candidates with prior experience on large commercial construction projects will be considered for the role. Experience of NEC would be desirable too.
What my client needs from you
- You need a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience/memberships
- You should have construction industry experience on large projects valued at over £50m
- Experience of working with an NEC Form of Contract
Salary & Package
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on an individuals experience. Candidates whom have undertaken a similar role previously, with an equivalent contractor should be able to achieve the higher end of the salary bracket.
