Lead Quantity Surveyor - Oxfordshire
We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Lead Quantity Surveyor on a scheme in Oxfordshire.
Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to £100million+.
Job role: Managing Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £80,000 - £87,000 + package (dependant on experience)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Oxfordshire
Lead Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:
- Providing commercial support to project team and maintaining commercial information.
- Monitoring and measuring budget and preparing final accounts.
- Identifying hazards that could affect the project.
- Managing applications for payment from subcontractors.
Lead Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Main contractor experience.
- Worked on schemes from £50million+ as Lead Quantity Surveyor.
