Quantity Surveyor - London/Middlesex
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for reputable specialist subcontractor in London.
Job role: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + package (DOE)
Duration: Permanent
Location: West/Northwest London
Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc
- Undertake cost analysis
- Arrange payments and value completed works
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working for a Subcontractor
- Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role
- Planned maintenance experience
- Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness
