Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor - Leeds

We are seeking a Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor to support on retail projects located in the West Yorkshire region

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Procurement of remaining M&E packages and coordination with finishing and external works where required
Day-to-day commercial management of assigned M&E subcontract packages
Reviewing and assessing monthly subcontractor applications for payment, issuing payment notices, and processing payments
Engaging with subcontractors to resolve account queries and commercial matters
Managing and negotiating M&E variations, ensuring timely agreement and documentation
Attending project and subcontractor meetings alongside the project/site management team
Reporting on subcontractor liabilities and forecasting cost-to-complete for CVRs
