PSR are working with a leading Civil Engineering contractor, due to continued growth and success they are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will provide commercial support to project teams on water infrastructure projects, with this business you will receive regular appraisals with a clear career progression path.
Key responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor
- Accurate monthly forecasting
- Ability to challenge resources and costs
- Contribute towards effective interaction between the Commercial Team and the operational site teams
- Work with site management to forecast predicted spend and cash recovery and ensure that both are kept in line with the target
- Help ensure that internal commercial processes are adhered to across the business unit
- Actively seek to improve processes and procedures
The right Quantity Surveyor will have
- NEC 3 & 4 experience
- Infrastructure experience
- Water Sector experience
- HND/degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
The Quantity Surveyor package
- £40,000 - £50,000 salary
- Company car/car allowance
- 5% Company pension contribution
- Life Assurance at 2 x notional salary
- Single person's private medical cover
- Permanent Health Cover
