I am working alongside an award winning contractor who are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor following key project wins in the South West.
The contractor predominantly works across London and the South Coast but following 3 projects win in the region they are looking for a Bristol based Senior QS who can oversee their commercial operations here and help them continue to grow. This position does offer genuine progression into a Commercial Manager role.
They currently work across Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation and Health care sectors so experience in some of these fields would be required. Ideally, the candidate would also have no issues in also being client facing and being a strong communicator.
Procuring a supply chain and growing their name is also a key requirement, so a strong relationship with an array of subcontractors from the region would be advantageous.
