Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a senior role with a leading Tier 1 contractor? Our client is a well-established national construction business delivering major schemes across the UK, and they're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Greater Manchester.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic commercial team working across a variety of complex and high-profile projects including:

• Commercial office developments

• Healthcare facilities and NHS frameworks

• Educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities)

• Secure government-funded schemes including prisons and justice facilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and ensuring financial performance across multiple projects - from pre-construction through to final account.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with progression into senior roles

• Strong portfolio across commercial, healthcare, education, and secure government-funded schemes

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and mentor junior QS staff

• Confident with NEC and JCT contract forms

• A proactive, commercially astute individual with excellent negotiation and analytical skills
