Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Basingstoke (3 days a week) and Daventry (2 days a week)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Car Allowance + Mileage Cover
About Us: We are a leading construction firm specializing in industrial projects. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying process for industrial projects.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with JCT contracts and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Basingstoke 3 days a week and in the Daventry office 2 days a week.
- Must reside within a 1-hour to 1-hour 10-minute drive from Daventry.
