Job description

My client, a renowned Construction Contractor, is seeking an experienced Administrator for a fast paced, busy office in the south of Birmingham.

This is a contract role, to cover for Maternity Leave from 22nd October for 9 months approx.



To be considered for this role your CV will need to demonstrate a recent background within an administrative position, with emphasis on incoming and outgoing customer queries / calls. Ideally coming from a construction background you will be carrying out general office and administration duties as well as speaking to residents every day, booking appointments, following up queries and concerns they may have.



You need to have worked in a KPI driven environment and take pride in your work and in the outcomes.



In-depth knowledge of all Microsoft packages is essential as is the ability to learn new in-house systems quickly.
