My client is a well established building contractor - they are currently working on a large new build Data Centre.

Due to on-going contract wins they are looking to appoint an ambitious Construction Manager for this New Build Industrial Development. The scheme is a fairly complex project in excess of £40M. As the Construction Manager you will be overseeing a section of the works, reporting to a Project Manager.

Applicants should have at least 2 to 3 years experience, have an engineering or construction management related degree (or equivalent).
