This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager / Business Analyst, to work with an established Tier 1 Contractor within the UK Construction & Railway Infrastructure sector.
We are looking for the ideal candidate to come from a strong Construction &/or Railway sector background, with an excellent understanding of MS-Stack also essential for this role.
Change Manager roles and responsibilities:
- To work on the 10 year CRSA Alliance contract, which is one of the UK's largest railway infrastructure upgrade projects, to enable business transformation and streamline project delivery.
- The development and introduction of new technologies and workplace automation as part of the Innovations Team.
- Development and delivery of whole project lifecycle business transformation, from inception through to implementation.
- The management of internal and external customers through the transformation programme.
- Management of stakeholder and the development of innovative wider business communications across a range of channels.
Change Management requirements:
- Experienced in the delivery of whole project lifecycle &/or business transformation, working closely with customers to take them along the change journey from inception, requirements, change design, development, implementation of solution(s), post change review and lessons learnt.
- Able to demonstrate taking the business through the change journey, including individual teams, functions, departments, and/or the businesses.
- Use of LEAN / Six Sigma in relation to process improvement and assessment of performance characteristics.
- Led Continuous Improvement for departments and organisation that include a focus on products and services (not just process improvements).
- Supported the development of solutions or products, developing the "To Be" or future process with business stakeholders.
- Managed the communications for a complex programme of change through the provision of content across a range of channels: websites, SharePoint sites, creating videos for demos/promotions, e-mail, posters, pop-up events, roadshows.
- Worked with a wider audience across the business to garner support for change in order to develop the benefits case and business case for change.

- £400 - £450 per day.
