Mechanical Service and Maintenance Manager required in Leicestershire, working on commercial HVAC contracts/projects.

An exciting and new role has arose out of the succession of the HVAC installation division in this SME. Which has driven a need for this client to build a Service and Maintenance division due to demand. Thus this role has erected and requires an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to drive the service and maintenance contracts further. Experience in account management and monopolising business streams would be advantageous as well as experience in the HVAC Industry.

Mechanical Contracts Manager responsibilities:

• Business development and client development and managing clients needs
• Manage HVAC service and maintenance contracts
• Manage budgets
• Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
