PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work on Groundworks, Civils and Infrastructure projects within the London / Kent Region.

The value of the project will be around the £5m mark, this will include associated roads, drainage, groundworks and civils. The ideal candidate will need to have an SMSTS as a minimal requirement, with a degree in Civil Engineering being preferred. The location will be both in London and North Kent so someone who can travel here easily would be best suited.

Responsibilities:

• Client Facing
• Looking at pre-tender documents
• Outline Methodology
• Win work, put team together and manage the delivery
• Managing 3-4 projects simultaneously.
• Managing the Project Managers.
