Job description

I'm currently assisting a leading residential developer in North West London in their search for a Customer Service Administrator. They are initally looking for someone for 3 months on a fixed term contract.

The role will involve receiving and making calls to new homeowners, complaint handling, escalating queries and collaborating with relevant internal parties and external contractors to ensure that remedial works are carried out in a timely fashion and a high level of quality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. This is a fast paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear approach to problem solving.

Experience of working for a residential developer, main contractor or social housing contractor who focus on new build residential development would be advantageous.
