Job description

My client, a leading House Builder, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for their central offices in Milton Keynes. This is a maternity cover role, so classed as a Fixed Term Contract. There is always the potential for future longevity as the company embarks on a planned expansion in the region though this can't be guaranteed.



The role will be responsible for main day to day administration duties in relation to all customer / home buyer issues. The CSC will be tasked with diary management for ongoing snagging and assist with CRM diary coordination.



The successful candidate will also be responsible for data / information management upwards for analysis and for escalating customer issue via the appropriate channels to ensure a speedy and satisfactory outcome.



To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate would have:



the ability to work independently, prioritising tasks and using their initiative

a background in demonstrating efficiency and reliability

to be able to think ahead and forecast customer issues

face to face customer issues - this is of paramount importance as the CSC will be the front line point of contact for new home purchasers

experience in the house-building industry and experience of CRM's and COINS - these are desirable.



An immediate start awaits the right candidate for which a pro-rata salary of £21000 awaits. The contract is expected to last between 8 and 10 months.
