Design Manager

My client is looking for a talented Design Manager who will provide technical management on a range of projects across the South Coast. These projects will include Student Accommodation and High rise project s including Residential developments.

This role would suit a driven design manager who has a broad understanding of managing the design process across a range of projects.

To be successful in this role, you will:

* Be computer literate, MS Office
* Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team
* Have good communication and inter-personal skills
* Have a full driving license
* Experience of technical design processes ensuring that work is undertaken to the correct Standards and Specifications, following the appropriate Systems of Work and Quality Assurance procedures.
* Experience of project management.
