A well-established client of PSR's are currently looking for a Design Manager to join their team on a freelance basis to work on upcoming multi-million pound project within the Sunderland area.
Our client is a Tier 1 contractor with an admirable reputation and an excellent track record of rewarding and promoting staff. Furthermore, they will provide the successful candidate opportunities to work on a variety of different projects ranging in size, value and complexity.

Duties:
- Proven Design Management skills
- Control Design Processes
- Commercial awareness and control on site
- Awareness of programme constraints and driving works to meet targets
Profile:
- Build background
- Proven experience in similar role
- Strong timekeeping and organisational skills
- Experience with working with BIM or understanding the software would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite for the position
- Able to maintain a high level of work quality again cost restraints
