Specialising in Highrise projects, they also cover a diverse range of other projects, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that make a real difference.

Design Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process from inception to completion, ensuring all project requirements are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop effective design strategies.
• Oversee project design quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage design budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitate effective communication between the design team and other project members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Design Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry, ideally with a focus on highrise, and other diverse projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction design processes, standards, and regulations.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
