PSR Solutions are working with a well renowned tier one contractor who specialize in the Healthcare, Commercial and Educational build markets. They are looking to appoint a Freelance Design Manager for their Northwest team. This offers an excellent opportunity working with a main contractor, who has been in operation for several decades.

You would be involved in design features of a project as well as overcoming any issues that may arise. Time management skills are essential in ensuring a projects life cycle is completed efficiently and to the best possible standard.

Role responsibilities will include:

• Design Management of high value commercial schemes in the Yorkshire region.
• Adherence to and focus upon quality assurance and efficiency.
• Awareness and responsibility of budgetary requirements in accordance with design plans and works carried out.
• Risk avoidance and alleviation if necessary.
• Compliance with up-to-date standards of practice.
