Electrical Associate required . You must be electrically biased to work in the West Midlands for a national consultancy. I seek a candidate who has a desire for work winning and management of a successful and stable team. This would suit someone who would enjoy the challenge of further growing an already established M&E Consultancy. I seek someone who has the drive to succeed and works to a strategic level.

( Future promotion to Assocaite Director can be fast tracked)

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and present new design proposals / work winning
• Prepare bids
• Monitoring design targets
• Providing design advice at a strategic level
• Financial and budget control
• Managing a strong team of engineers
• providing strategy for the future
• Mentor, lead, coach and train team members where necessary
