I have an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive, successful main building contractor in Birmingham. The company delivers large, new build and refurbishment schemes including commercial offices, retail, education, Health-care, hotels, and leisure.
The business is looking to appoint a Document Controller to be office based in Birmingham, working alongside the Design Manager and Project Manager to ensure the design administration runs smoothly and is up to date.
The role:
To be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of all documents. Control of the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced to ensure accuracy, whilst ensuring that all relevant Company Group & Sector Specific Procedures and Policies are met, in accordance with the Integrated Business Management System.
