PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Document Controller/ Administrator

Role: Document Controller/ Administrator

Location: Manchester

Salary: Competitive

Working on behalf of one of the UK's leading build contractors we are looking for a Document Controller / Administrator to join the team on site in Manchester.

Our client, one of the market leaders are providing initial work for an 18month period & more opportunities thereafter. Working on an outstanding project with similar future works in the pipeline this role is to work with a small team in the Document Control Function.

The ideal candidate for the role must be extremely proactive and have experience of working as a part of a team. You will need to be able to prioritise workload to achieve deliverables, and have experience of working in a similar client facing role.

Document Controller Requirements:
  • Work as part of a team to achieve agreed service levels
  • Must have 4P experience!
  • Knowledge of other collaboration software tools and encrypted software, would be an advantage
  • Experience of working in a client-facing role
  • Implementation of departmental processes and procedures to ensure accurate configuration management of deliverables
  • Ensure a safe working environment and that all equipment is fit for purpose reporting any failures to operational management team
  • Promote and adopt Perfect Delivery and achieve continuous improvement within the team objectives:


Remuneration

Our client is providing exceptional pay rates dependant on the specified requirements due to experience on an ongoing contract basis.
