Job description

PSR Solutions are recruiting for a freelance Administrator with Document Control experience to work on a fixed term contract for 12 months with a well established construction & civil Engineering contractor on a site in West Yorkshire.

The role will ideally suit and Administrator with previous experience in the construction industry, and preferably experience of document control software/ systems

Key Duties:

  • Maintain the order and filing system of site paperwork
  • Complete and submit timesheets for site staff
  • Daily liaison with Site staff including management, trades and labour
  • Fielding calls and diary management
  • Order/ return plant and material deliveries for site
  • General administration duties.
  • Meeting room Diary and ensuring diaries are updated
  • Inputting comments on a HSEQ board as required
  • Holiday trackers
  • Filing permit to work permits ensuring registers are up to date

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous administration experience in a construction environment is essential
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Preferably experience of document control software such as aconex software, or Viewpoint
  • Effective communication, negotiation and people skills
  • Adaptability and reliability
  • Good IT skills and the ability to problem solve
