Nestled near the charming town of Woking, Surrey, this full-time position offers a salary ranging from £32,214 to £45,864 per annum. This isn't just any role-it's a transformative journey in an independent specialist school that caters to young minds aged 11 to 17, all of whom have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH). Whether guiding a student through the basics or nurturing a prodigious talent, your lessons will be dynamic and relevant, designed to spark curiosity and challenge minds. The role demands teachers who can deftly manage complex behaviours with a blend of patience, consistency, and flexibility.

What's in it for you:

  • The chance to be part of an expanding, national organisation that recognises skill, effort and potential and grows its own leadership teams.
  • Enhanced occupational sickness scheme.
  • Regular therapeutic and supportive supervision.

  • Salary sacrifice schemes, including childcare vouchers, technology and cycle to work.

If you're ready to make a profound difference and bring your unique blend of mathematical prowess and compassionate teaching to a school that values every child's potential, then this role is calling your name. Embrace the challenge, and let's make some mathematical magic together!
