Electrical Design Engineer, (Building Services) required to join a very successful and reputable M&E company. Who drive innovation through excellence providing a spectacular electrical design service within the West Midlands and UK.

They will offer fantastic and endless project variety within many sectors and push sustainability and engineering design to another level which in turn is cost effective.

This role will suit someone degree qualified or a minimum of a HND qualification and/or 5-10 years electrical design experience within building services.

Also experience using electrical design software and Revit with full understanding of the British & European Standards, Building Regulations etc.

Your role will involve:

• Working on a variety of interesting projects across varied sectors
• Being involved in all stages of the projects - inception to completion
• Working closely with others, in a team environment, to achieve deadlines
• Producing electrical drawings and specifications
• Carry out design calculations utilising both manual and computer techniques
• Continue to learn about new technologies and developments
• Monitor own design delivery for quality and in line with programme and budget
• Electrical Services technical design and co-ordination
• Representing the company at project or site related meetings
• Sustainability understanding
• Site management of contractors and installation phase
