£50,000 - £60,000+ Car/Allowance + Package

This well-established Contractor seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a successful and hardworking team working on projects cradle to grave managing all M&E services.

My client is expanding their M&E department due to workload and frameworks providing longevity of projects ranging from £5 - £15m

It would be great should you have worked on projects such as education, health-care, residential, student accommodation, hotels and retirement homes.

This is an exciting position and the successful candidate will play a major role within the M&E division.

You will be working in a fantastic and driven team and must be trustworthy to complete own projects as well as work well in the team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to influence its team members and self-motivated

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and co-ordinating all installation services both MEP on projects
• Dealing with the submission of tenders. Assess and vetting quotes
• Project management
• Check drawings ensure all above board to specification and installation
• Managing the sub-contractor
• Managing and reporting on the progress of the project
