The Role

As an Estimator, you'll play a vital role in the pre-construction team, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of exciting and varied projects. You'll be working from the Salford office and from home, enjoying a modern, flexible approach to work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit competitive tenders for fit-out, refurb, and new build projects

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes and pricing

• Conduct site visits and assessments as required

• Contribute to value engineering and commercial strategies

• Work closely with the commercial and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in estimating, ideally within fit-out, refurb, or new build environments

• Strong understanding of construction methods, pricing, and market conditions

• Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings

• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
