Salary: £50,000 - £60,000pa (DOE) + Company Benefits

PSR Solutions are working with a top tier contractor who bring extensive knowledge and experience in fit-out and construction. As the main contractor, they manage the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion. Their collaborative approach, working closely with designers, architects, and furniture experts, ensures a first-class experience for their clients.

Estimator Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join my client's established pre-construction team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in competitive tendering, with a track record of working on fit-out and construction tenders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive bids, contributing to the success and growth of their projects.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for fit-out and construction projects
• Review and assess tender documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and requirements
• Work closely with the pre-construction and project teams to ensure bids align with client needs and company capabilities
• Source and obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Attend pre-tender meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Provide ongoing support throughout the tender process and post-tender negotiations

Estimator Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the fit-out or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of competitive tendering and the ability to deliver accurate, detailed estimates
• Familiarity with fit-out and construction tender processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
