PSR Solutions are proud to be partnering with a forward thinking Housing Group & Care Provider in the search for an exceptional Head of Housing - a strategic and people-focused leader ready to drive excellence across housing operations, customer experience, and compliance.

Reporting to the COO, as Head of Housing, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across all housing services - from tenancy and estate management to rent collection, ASB, and resident engagement. You'll ensure top-tier service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organisation's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Housing Management Strategy and shape service delivery to achieve outstanding results
• Oversee housing operations including lettings, tenancy sustainment, arrears recovery, and ASB
• Drive performance, efficiency, and value for money across housing functions
• Foster a culture of customer excellence, inclusion, and community impact
• Ensure compliance with Housing Consumer Standards and all regulatory frameworks
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the Housing team to deliver continuous improvement - supporting team members with professional development - Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) or housing-related training & qualifications

Experience

• Proven senior leadership experience in social housing or a related field
• Strong understanding of housing legislation, regulation, and consumer standards
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator with a passion for service excellence
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational delivery and people management
• Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) qualification (or working towards) desirable.
