Job description
A hugely successful and fast growing principal contractor has asked PSR Solutions to search for a Document Controller on their behalf. The role will be based in the Nottinghamshire area on a long term, multi-million pound construction project.
The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate a high level of organisation and time keeping skills, to meet all requirements and targets set in the most efficient manner.
Role
- Compiling directory of all sub-contractors on site
- Processing and distributing mail and e-mail
- Organisation of site based meetings (external and internal)
- Construction of signage for site
- General maintenance and appearance of site office, including signage of first aid representative and health and safety information
- Administration of delivery records procedure
- Provide the HR Department with weekly records pertaining to sickness and holidays of all monthly paid staff
- Inform Payroll Department of all sickness and holidays pertaining to weekly paid staff
- Collating and forwarding of time sheets
- Typing of site meeting minutes
- Completing site proforma
- Keeping site drawings up to date and cross referencing drawing register
- Checking and management of stationary
- Monitoring and management of POD's with site
Experience/Requirements
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Working knowledge of MS office applications
- Experience in using SnagR
- Excellent communication skill
