FREELANCE SITE MANAGER - BANGOR, NORTH WALES (REFURB)

PSR Solutions are working with a highly regarded construction contractor, who require a Freelance Site Manager with a Refurbishment / Repairs background.

The site manager will be required for 3 months to work on an existing damaged building with the aim is oversee the repair and refurbishment of the Building.

Scope of duties:

• Manage sub-contractors on site
• Health and safety on site
• Quality checks
• Site reports
• Checking and interpreting drawings
• Liaison with contractors on site, internal teams and clients

Requirements

• SMSTS, CSCS (First Aid would be ideal)

• The successful candidate must be local with a strong Fit Out background along with the correct certificates.

Rate

£230 - £250 per day
