Salary: £50,000 - £75,000pa (DOE) + Company Benefits

HSEQ Manager Role:
I am looking for a dynamic and experienced HSEQ Manager to establish and lead their Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) department. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of my clients business from a safety and quality standpoint. This role will allow you to build and manage your own team, driving compliance, improving safety culture, and ensuring quality standards across their projects.

HSEQ Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSEQ policies, procedures, and strategies
• Build and lead a dedicated HSEQ team
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with project managers to promote best practices in construction safety and quality
• Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Provide leadership and guidance on all HSEQ matters across the business

HSEQ Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior HSEQ role, ideally within the construction or fit-out industry
• In-depth knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSEQ qualifications
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and mentor a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
