Graduate Healthcare Bid Writer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a pro-active, commercially minded graduate with great writing ability, to join a forward thinking and progressive pharmaceutical consultancy business based in the West Midlands.
Our client is the fastest growing Pharmacy and Healthcare consultancy that offers training and development and future career progression as well as equity share.
We would love to hear from graduates who possess excellent technical acumen to train as a Healthcare Bid Writer to coordinate and produce compelling written bids for Pharmacy and Healthcare customers.
Location - West Midlands - Hybrid working 4 days remote / 1 day office based.
Salary Up to £35,000 per annum + fantastic benefits
Requirements for Technical Bid Writer
- Degree or equivalent.
- Highly articulate with excellent written capabilities i.e. you will be known for your excellent writing style.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a concise, yet simple manner
- Enthusiastic with a desire to work in a fast-paced innovative environment
- Self-starter - whilst training will be given, this role naturally requires someone who can think on their feet, come up with new ideas, and thrive working with autonomy
- Strong technical understanding and inquisitive mind
Responsibilities for Technical Bid Writer
- Produce bid materials, including completing questionnaires, tenders, and submissions.
- Refine proposals within the Healthcare Industries, with a business-focused approach.
- Interpretation of Pharmacy and healthcare regulations - full training will be given
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to create clear, engaging written content.
- Approach responses creatively, ensuring that value propositions and unique qualities are highlighted, even in basic questions.
- Assist the wider Business Team and other functional departments in producing high-quality content for successful tenders and proposals, managing tight deadlines.
- Proof and edit final documents meticulously,
- Keep records of content and data up to date to support future opportunities.
- Develop top-quality bid templates and oversee the management of the bid content library.
