Job description

Role Overview:

The Performance/KPI Coordinator is required for our Highways England's flagship Smart Motorways Programme which is being delivered. The project will involve widening and delivering technology infrastructure solutions to the M1 between Jct 23a and Jct 25 in Nottinghamshire and is likely to be valued at approximately £75m for the 12km stretch of improved motorway.

The role exists to support my client too deliver the requirements of Highways England to deliver a comprehensive set of Metrics known as the Collaborative Performance Framework and is vital to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • The CPF Framework consist of 6 themes namely, Health and Safety, Collaborative Behaviour, Sustainability, Quality, Time and Cost
  • CPF scores greater than threshold will be the measurable performance criteria for the role
  • Assisting the CPF Manager to prepare accurate quarterly submissions that are evidence based to achieve highest scores possible
  • Leading and delivering improvement initiatives tailored to the CPF criteria

Experience and Attributes
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail in order to produce accurate customer submissions
  • Influencing the wider team of up to 100 staff to support the delivery of high scores
  • Resilience and persistence to engage with otherwise busy team members will be a prerequisite
  • A collaborative approach and innovative thinking are also needed to deliver success
