Roles and Responsibilities:

• Apply finishing touches to a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and floors, using materials such as plaster, paint, and varnish.
• Smooth and polish surfaces, ensuring a flawless finish that meets client specifications and industry standards.
• Repair and patch damaged surfaces to restore them to their original condition.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including painters and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finisher in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using finishing tools and equipment, such as trowels, sanders, and brushes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in finishing or a related field are an advantage.
