About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yardsman to join our clients team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operations of our scaffolding compound. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing materials, keeping the yard tidy, and assisting scaffolders with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading scaffolding materials

Organizing and maintaining stock in the yard

Ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly and safely

Assisting scaffolders with materials and preparation

Performing routine checks and maintenance of yard equipment

Keeping the yard clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of scaffolding materials and equipment is an advantage
